A find for design: Jonathan Adler Moto X Pure Limited Editions on sale for $299.99

As Motorola’s Moto X Pure Edition (2015) gradually begins to age and give way to whatever Lenovo launches later in the year, sales are starting to spring up. The latest – and perhaps greatest – involves none other than the three Limited Edition Moto X Pure devices designed by Jonathan Adler. Originally priced at $474.99, each of the three special variants can now be had for just $299.99 before shipping and/or tax. And remember: these designer devices come with 32GB of on-board storage!

Each of the phones have a distinctive theme to them, with the left-most being a honeycomb pattern, the center one making use of a dot design, and the right-most described as “Bridget style”. Note that the rear designs themselves are fixed products, that is to say, customers are not able to modify the remainder of the phone with Moto Maker. This might come as a bit of a disappointment to some customers who had perhaps assumed the back covers would simply be another option in Moto Maker, but it certainly does make for a unique look.

It is currently unknown if this is a permanent price reduction or a temporary offer, however given that these were to be “limited editions” it’s possible Motorola is trying to clear out its remaining inventory.

What do you think? Does 32GB for this price point sound superb? Drop a comment below!
