Indian e-commerce giant Flipkart is right in the middle of its “Samsung Week,” whereby the company is offering some rather juicy discounts on a number of Samsung smartphones. A selection of handsets are covered by the deal, ranging from some more modern phones down to handsets from a couple of generations ago, but there’s something to suit every budget. Here’s the run down.
At the very top end of the options, Flipkart is offering Samsung Galaxy S7 and S7 edge flagships at their usual Rs. 48,900 price tags, but is giving customers the option to save 50 percent of a Gear VR purchase. The deals do get better though, as you can pick up a Galaxy Note 4 for Rs. 29,000, a saving worth Rs. 7,000. While not the newest handset, there is still plenty of performance and features on offer in this model.
If you don’t mind picking up an older smartphone, there are also savings to be had on the Galaxy S5 and Galaxy S4. The former has a Rs. 6,000 saving applied, bringing the price down to Rs. 15,999, while you can pick up a Galaxy S4 for just Rs. 11,990 this week. Of course, these handset won’t boast any of the latest features, so it might be a good idea to compare them to some more modern mid-range handsets before stumping up the cash.

If you’re looking to spend a little less cash, Flipkart is offering a very slight discount on the Galaxy On5 and On7, which starts at just Rs. 7,990 for the 8GB On5. Alternatively, the 8GB Galaxy Core Prime can be yours for just Rs. 5,990, down from Rs. 7,990.
